SasoriXReader Strings of Time Part 6

You fall to your knees and lay on the ground.Hearing the thud,Sasori turns around and looks down at you.

"What are you doing?"he asks.

"I'm tired of walking and my body hurts..I'm resting here for the night."you say.Sasori walks over and kneels beside you.

"I didn't say you could rest here."he growls.

"Yeah well unfortunately I didn't ask you!Nor do I care what you say,I'm resting here and that's it."you growl at him,the two of you glaring bullets at each other.

"Get up.."

"No.."

"My patience is wearing thin with you.."

"I don't care..Leave me then.."Sasori glared death at you before putting his arms around you and picking you up,bridal style.

"S-Sasori!Let me go!"you wail,thrashing around.

"Stop squirming and shut up."Sasori says.He continued to walk on,holding you close to his chest and very tightly.Your face must have been as red as his own hair as he carried you.

"Let me go!I demand you put me down this instant!"Sasori ignores your rage and keeps walking,so eventually you just fold your arms and pout.

Eventually you started to dose off until Sasori shook you awake and the two of you were in front of a,what you guessed,an inn.

"An inn?"you yawn as you stretch.Sasori lets you go and you stand beside him.

"Yeah..you were tired weren't you?I wasn't going to carry you the whole way.."Sasori  walks towards the inn and looks back at you."Come on.."

"Oh..right."you walk over and into the inn behind Sasori.You stay behind him as he walks over to the desk and asks for a room.

To your surprise the desk clerk didn't even ask about Sasori's mysterious black robe or the strange designs.Did he seriously not figure it out?Well he was old..maybe he just thought it was a new trend or something

He handed Sasori a room key and smiled at the two of you.And much to your surprise,Sasori smiled back at him before turning to you and taki g your hand.

"Have fun you two."the old man said as you followed Sasori up the stairs to the next floor,lucky for him that you didnt hear his remark.

When the two of you stepped in the room,you were pretty impressed with how decent it looked.

"We can rest here for the night."Sasori says.You nod and sit down at the edge of one of the beds.

"Alright.."You couldn't help but notice Sasori staring at you but blushes slightly and looked away when you stared back."What?"you ask.

"Nothing.."Sasori replies.You sigh and move over to sit next to him at the small floor table.

"Tell me.."Sasori looks at you and sighs.

"Do you remember the last time we stayed in an inn together?"he asks.You look at the ceiling and think about it.

It was pouring and you and Sasori were caught in it.

"Crap..now what?"you ask,pushing your wet hair off your face.Sasori looked around and smiled when his eyes landed on something.

"Look over there,it's an inn!"he says.You look and sigh in relief.

"Good,we can go stay there for the night!"Sasori nods and the two of you jog over to the in and inside.The two of you were soaked but thankfully the clerk gave you towels to help dry yourselves off along with a room.

The two of you plopped down on the bed next to each other.It had to be the softest one you have ever laid on.

"Ah..it feels so long since we slept in a decent place."you sigh.

"You can say that again."Sasori says.You turn on your side and look at him,he does the same and the two of you stare into each other's eyes.Then suddenly a clash of thunder sounds so loud that it makes you jump and move closer to Sasori.

"You afraid of thunder _____?"he asks.

"O-of course not!It just startled me is all..."you say.Sasori sits up and you do the same.The thunder clashed again and thus time you nearly jump it to Sasori's lap.

"Okay..maybe just a tiny bit.."

"I knew it.."Sasori says.You poke your lips out and pout at him.

"So...it's a ligitament fear.."you say,proudly."Unlike your fear of-"

"Okay,I get it.No judgement."Sasori smirks."But if you are afraid,you can sleep next to me."You blush and nod your head.

"Okay...but..wouldn't it be a little weird for you?"you ask.Sasori shakes his head and turns yours back so you could look at him.

"No...I would only sleep next to you...I wouldn't do it with anybody else."he says.

"Why me?"you ask.Sasori cups your face in his hands and starts to lean closer to you.

"Have you still not figured it out yet?"he whispered as he slowly pressed his lips against yours.Your heart races and you immediately kiss back.

You blush at the memory and look at Sasori.

"Yeah,our first kiss.."you say.Sasori blushes and looks away.

"Yeah..So..you still afraid of thunder?"You shake your head.

"No way!I got over that fear long ago!"you say,very proudly."Have you gotten over your fear of-"

"Yeah!Of course..it was a stupid fear.."Sasori quickly answers.You place a hand on his shoulder and smile at him.

"That's good to hear.."you say.The two of you stare at each other for a few
Minutes before you look away."we'll..I'm gonna take a shower.."

"Alright.."You quickly stand up and walk into the bathroom.

After a few minutes in the shower you walk out of the bathroom but Sasori isn't there.

"Sasori?"you look around but see no one.You guessed he left to go somewhere until you see the little door of the balcony somewhat open.You walk over to it and see Sasori outside,leaning against the railing.You slide the door open and step out,getting g Sasori's attention immediately.

"______...I need to tell you something.."he says.

"Uh sure..what is it?"Sasori looks at the ground then back at you.

"It's about what your friend Mitskuni said to me...I think you should know.."he says.You walk over to him and stand beside him.

"What is it?"Sasori looks at you and starts explaining Mitskuni's last requests and everything to you.You just stood there and listened quietly as he went along,and occasionally had to wipe some stray tears away from your eyes.Once he had explained everything Sasori took your hand and stared into your eyes.

"...I'm sorry ____.."he says.You stare up at him and take your hands away.

"...Was it true?"you ask.Sasori looks at you then at the ground.

"I....I don't know..."

"What do you mean,you don't know?IS it a yes or no,Sasori?"you ask.Sasori gripped his hair tightly and sighed.

"Yes..okay..I do..I love you and I want you!"he nearly screamed,before marching over to you and pulling you into a lingering kiss."And I refuse to wait any longer for you~"
